Working Professionals who made it to the list, or people who are working and preparing, how did/do you manage?

I am working and preparing although not selected yet..I make notes on evernote so that it takes less time,In lunch time I cover daily current affairs and on weekoff I plan test and static subject after office hours I study static subject only.If needed then I also apply for leaves.
