I had a doubt. Recent event in MH, where all the opposition parties withdrew in an election. Is this constitutionally moral? I mean is this a feudal system, where an area is just gifted to a person? Isn’t it that, in a democracy, people’s will should be above all.

@Lawstice Oo, got it. But how exactly saying contempt is a ground for contempt? The content should be contemptuous. Also, Leviathan should not be that sensitive. Heavens will not fall just by some criticisms of judicial functioning by Law students.

@mightyraju Read about the issue in today’s The Hindu. It’s more about politics. A fact: PK is from my hometown.

 I was talking to my friend 2-3 days back. He is practicing at Allahabad HC. I had a discussion about the issue of collegium system. He said that the same system, which everyone is criticising about, has saved it from Executive encroachment (don’t remember his exact words). Independence of judiciary is very important. 

However, Judiciary should also be accommodative. I see the apt trolling on Twitter by Dilip Mandal and Gautam Bhatia. So better to leave the matter with them. They can handle it very well :p

@Lawstice Old tweets have become headache for many, including some prominent journalists :p

I am more concerned about my messages to my crush. What if somewhere I happen to encounter with her [face palm] 

Mere to kitne dosti tute iss chakkar mein. (Many of my friends are in Right wing. They accuse me of being Leftist. Same with the other side). But, I think, that’s the price you pay for independent thoughts (Aazad soch).

 Also, in virtual world, upto 30 years of age should be considered juvenile. Many are still immature on internet :p

Currently, I see only biased and agenda driven people on Twitter. Aur ye aapas me hi lad rahe hain, AC rooms mein baith ke. AamLog ko koi fark nahi parta.

A slow day today. Started by reading some pages of Indian Geography and then decided to come to college.The campus is marooned(Pre-Diwali vibes) and I feel absolutely drowsy.

@Naadan_Parinda I am not for NJAC tbh. I want the system to be somewhat similar to UPSC. Like someone gets into Lower Judiciary, moves up the ladder and goes on to become Judge in HCs and SC.Tbh,I feel sad for Judiciary wala crowd.What incentive do they have when they are assured that they will never get into Higher Judiciary, come what may.Also, there is a deep problem with Collegium. Those who go on to occupy the benches of HCs and SC,never had the experience of working in Lower Courts. All in all, very detached from the problems faced by the countryside.

PK understands quite a bit about Indian politics, but I have an ilking that he won't succeed in Bihar. He may be a good strategist but to win over a state still riddled with Mandal Politics is quite impossible.

@Lawstice I toh deleted my account when I started preparing.Pehle toh I was a raging and ideologically driven individual. I still am.The only difference is that now I am far more accommodative and can see beyond ideological affinities.Inter Personal Relations over Ideological affinities!

@mightyraju  totally agree with you. Merit should decide who deserves to be a judge. There should be an objectivity in the system.

But there are two issues:

1. those who possess power would not agree to give it up
2. what exactly is merit? Merit depends on your family background, Education background, resources, approach etc. 

[please warn me what amounts to Kaun tempt. I’ll immediately delete the portion]

PK knows how to create “brand” of someone. He has no brand value of himself. 

@Lawstice  there’s no dichotomy between culture and business. While the first is about identity (India’s way), the other is about survival :p

And I don’t get cluttered by “-isms”. Shikari aayega, dana dalega, lalach mein aakar fansna nahi :p

Also I talk about culture because currently studying sociocultural anthropology and observing things in my surroundings, and also because these are in news consistently. Hame to sirf exam nikalne se kaam hai. Kranti nahi laani. Bas aware rehna hai about everything.

And also, how to delete the account from here, for future reference. Kya pata kab kaun kya screenshots leke viral kar de 🤪
