how to find out the number of my exhausted IFOS attempts?

I am giving the exam after a reasonable break...though i remember my civil services attempts i do not remember my IFOS attempts. tried calling upsc...the madame there was quite clueless. Could you guys help me out with it ? i know it sounds stupid but pls any suggestion would be valued.
