Roughly 10 percent people get failed in language, thus waiting for that 1 candidate later check copies of other 9 passed candidate is not operationally possible. Ek candidate extra check karna koi badi baat nahi..

Everyone hopeful for UPSC interview should get their final degrees from college in meantime to prevent last minute rush once mains result are declared.
Even myself in college today for getting the final degree (provisional will not work) as same is required for state PCS interview as well.
P.S- Got to know about importance of final degree during interview from toppers who narrated how they got shocker of lifetime in crucial 1 hour before interview when UPSC staff simply proclaim that your candidature could be cancelled due to lack of final degree (Offcourse they do give grace time later)

Yeah but it is already well established that there is no need to panic. Even if some one goes to interview without any document (excluding admit card or i card) upsc will not cancel the candidature. They give sufficient time to produce documents.

@Panchayat its biggest myth pahle language paper check hote.. all paper get checked. But language failed candidates k marks release na hote.Upsc don't disclose because awesome marks in mains and guy failed in language will result into public outcry. So they just don't disclose marks of language failed candidates to avoid later controvercies.

Yaar...ek English ki paper check ki hui thi UPSC ke kai exams ki...service training me wahi bata rahi thi...compulsory paper sabse pahle check hote hai
