need some advice and suggestions !

Greetings fellow aspirants - I need some advice from the community and hence sharing my current situation here.

I have only one more attempt left and in a dilemma if I should give it this year or next year (I am 29 yrs old)

I gave 1st attempt in 2014 and have been working in a good private job since 2018 but still my passion for becoming IAS is not allowing me to forget my last attempt.

Is it okay to take one more year and give my last attempt in 2023? or should I give this year itself so that I atleast get closure soon?

I am confused between giving an attempt for the sake of closure or preparing well for one more year and giving a good attempt.

Please comment what you think !

It depends on what kind of closure you are looking for. If you give it without preparation, you will most likely not succeed. If you really want to do it (and believe that you can), skipping a year shouldn't be a problem since you already have a job. I am also 29. I have two attempts left. I skipped 2021 and will be appearing in 2022.

give ur best shot in which ever year u like! just give it a best shot! dont prepare for the sake of closure! warna baadmei regret jyada hoga. nd opt for sabatical or study leave if ur company gives, which ever year u r comfortable with.

all the best!
