just adding for knowledge -->UK has parliament supremacy and check and balance are well established within the UK parliament like higher accountability and shadow cabinet. opposition can question nearly everything unlike India. The speaker is actually neutral person so its removes bias as well. I think second statement would be wrong only if they used the extreme wordEVERY or ONLY . question is asking whether this procedure exist in India or not.

@oopsie It may be sutlej but the problem is we cannot rule out Chenab too. (BTW, maine dono hi mark nahi kiya hai but I feel Chenab should be the right answer)
