So, this is how I think about it. The statement points to excessive delegation to the executive. That is a violation of Separation of Power as lawmaking is the domain of legislature. And Separation of Power has often been read into Article 14 by the Supreme Court.

Someone here mentioned about using a whitener in the exam. Did you use the whitener in the answer bubbles or the credentials?
Do you have any idea if using a whitener will make the answers incorrect? I changed three answers and used a whitener. Though I am now assuming that it would be considered incorrect regardless but do we know for sure?

With regard to Indian constitution comparison to British, most coaching keys giving A, while Toppers key and many others like Varun Jain (PSIR) optional giving A, and second option is definitely wrong, SC doenst constitute constitution bench for constitutionality of every act, kindly someone throw a light. It must be A
I too marked it as A only. But, now it does seem correct. The wording of the question is vague. It says "matters related to the constitutionality of the Amendment of an Act", which can very well mean a question related to the interpretation of the constitution

the question is about rule of law. Unguided and uncontrolled discretionary power goes against rule of law, hence Art 14
