In the above two pictures it’s evident that Ahmad shah durrani occupied territories and gave it to Ali Muhammad leading to “ formation “ of rohilkhand kingdom. ( and not emerging as in the case of arcot and Mysore in the first two statements ) hence I feel it should be 2&3.
Kindly correct me if I missed anything

@Aurang_mirasudar Question is no where is saying about legally binding nature. It's simply mentioning about its agreed nature. Statement 3 may be correct but its absolute nature i.e 'any public service' makes it more vulnerable. 
Indus tributary question, most probable answer in Chenab. Let's only wait for what UPSC gives.

Denisovan2019,bhai arcot sultanate was established in 1692 whereas Hyderabad state was established in 1724. Arcot become dependent of Hyderabad for sometime that’s it.
The answer to the question is doubtful because there is no consensus on the river that joins Indus direct. It is either Chenab or Sutlej according to different standard sources. I feel answer is chenab because of the additional info given in qn that this particular river is joined by other 3 rivers. Khullar says sutlej receives drainage of 3 rivers. It is different from being joined by 3 rivers directly. No matter how much we discuss, UPSC has it's own key which we'll get to know 8 months later

Disha publications n all wale toh upsc pre ke soln me bhi galat ans de dete hai,isliye hmesha official key se milaya karo kuch milana ho toh
