Well.. I am a vegetarian. But the way people discuss non veg food makes me question my life choices.. 🤣🤣 its like I am missing out on so much.
My parents switched to vegetarianism for one year in 2019, I questioned their life choice. But in all earnestness, if it isn’t hurting you, there’s no problem being a vegetarian. Blessed are we to be born in the land of tori, parwal and arbi (I actually like all 3. I am aware that I am the perfect child) :)
I also like all three. I even love the local tori varieties( sarputiya, nenua).
But out of all three, Arbi is the real fav. It is a vegetable whose time, whenever it shall come, will be of absolute supremacy!
Don't like anyone of the above mentioned. :p
@thesleepyhead Fried arbis are really tasty :(.
Ah! Haven't tried the fried ones though. Humare yahan milti bhi toh nahi hain. Not a common part of diet here. :p
@TheNotorious Must be hard for you champ to read all this discussion about food while you are cutting weight :(.
Not sure of what the real Notorious is doing rn, I am seriously hoping that he is training his calves like hell this time lol.
But if I have to answer this personally, what I did today was that just after doing workout for 1.5 hours in gym, as I was feeling hungry, I went to have chicken tikka wrapped in rumaali roti ha ha ha.
And all the credit goes to the discussion wherein chicken tikka was mentioned along with its origin. I felt like kyu na yeh item hee khaaya jaaye aaj! 😂😁
Speaking about "The notorious", Are there any MMA fans here , Are you guys going to watch the fight Sunday

You forgot Wimbledon final :D
Right, Although Helwani predicts he will continue fighting.
Too young, too much success... And still a very good fighter to retire IMO
Moreover, It seems UFC is now transitioning, or maybe it already has, from a place "where the race was to and for the belt" to "Entertaining fights and good match ups".
Even fighters with No belt chance command good respect and more importantly Relevance.
Nate Diaz is a good example so is Poirier choosing Conor over belt.

Love both Conor and Poirier but rooting for Poirier!
Also very scared for him, it looks like Conor is back to his absolute crazy self.
I support Poirier for Sunday because he has been very underrated as compared to Conor.
Poirier has put down legends like Gaethje, Pettis, Holloway, Hooker, Alvarez etc.
But after the double championship win by Conor, everything in UFC seems to revolve around him.
Nevertheless, Sunday will be one of the most unpredictable days in MMA! :D

One very surprising decision was to give Iron Chandler the shot for the belt after just one fight, whereas Oliveira waited for many years.
Indeed Iron did put up a great show even though he lost, would've been crazy if he would've won the title. :p
PS : Oliveira TKOing Chandler was an outcome which I was least expecting.
Yep, years of hard work and emotion overwhelmed him completely.
Oliveira is an all-around great guy, he donates a huge amount of his paycheck to the favelas (in Brazil) he grew up in and constantly visits there to see if anyone needs any help. It's nice to see people like him who are so down-to-earth and respectful in a sport that needs you to beat someone half to death!
