Join MGP or not

I want to join MGP for 2027 but going through its schedule it's heavy considering I don't have very good foundation or base. As the time given before each test won't be enough for me to complete syllabus. Please guide me should I join MGP or focus on my basics

Dear student,

Though MGP is a wonderful platform to enrich your notes and answer writing skills but it still requires a student to have completed atleast basic foundation.

If you are doubtful about your foundation or basics, then it is strongly advisable that you must consider joining eitherRankForge or year long Foundation Program. It will cater to both of your requirements i.e Foundation building as well as Answer Writing.

For any further assistance, you can freely interact with our Mentors by contacting the mentor coordinator at 9311740935.

Don’t wait to make your foundation “perfect” before joining — because that “perfect” base often never comes without answer writing pressure. Even if you’re able to attempt only 40-60% initially, the feedback and discussions add immense value.

The real advantage of writing tests: It breaks the inertia of answer writing. Model answers and peer copies show you how to structure even when content is average. Regular evaluation catches your specific weaknesses early (content, intro-conclusion, balance, etc.).

@Neyawn I have joined mgp in 2025 as well as in 2016. I am finding 2026 model answers to be quite heavy on technical jargons. For instance I recently gave GS2 flt and I couldn't comprehend the answers and I even asked one of my friends who has a psir optional and has scored well in it but even she has clueless in comprehending those answers. Please look into the matter as it doesn't make sense to spend 6-7 hrs just reading the solution of mgp.
