Can someone touch 300 in optional even if one has written bakar in 50 marks in each paper ?

Looking at the difficulty level of optional this year, what should be a good score this time ?

Bhai har saal sabko optional difficult lagte hain, but score wohi similar hi rehte hain.

@sat_009nicely summed up. But interview is post match presentation, where we as captain discuss our journey and important areas with the anchor.

Every stage of this exam is a round of Russian Roulette. One never knows which stage is going to take him down. Too dark?

This year across all the GS papers. There were at least 3 questions worth 30 marks which were difficult.

GS1 mein bhi i found the top 3 difficult.

and marks will depend upon what value and quality u have in those 200 marks, if thats good rest 50 marks will also fetch you atleast 30 percent marks.

@Ravsleaving aside really difficult questions like gandhara art question, the society questions like Indian society unique in sustaining its culture and losing local identity to global identity seemingly look moderate, but they are a curse in disguise due to the low potential of writing specific content in them, being very subjective and hence less marks.

The only good thing is that i have completed the papers.

Left only a 10 marker in paper 2.

@Ravsyar optional me chor kar ana gunah hai,liberal checking huyi to marks badhte hai, gs me 2 badhe to optional me 3 badhte hai us sthan par

@hirockyrocks7101let's not forget the controversial questions like

"Threats to cultural practices in the name of secularism".

@Ravsyou can achieve 300 only if you've written the rest of the answers really well leading to 70% marks per answer. And for bakar answers 20% marks at max. So 70% of 400 + 20% of 100 = 300
