brother, the problem with this is that there might be people who won't have valid documents but who nonetheless are indians. as they are indians and not immigrants from ban-af-pak, they won't get respite through cab even. what would the government do to them?

before introducing cab, the government should have created a safe and full-proof register of people's identities. without that, egregious errors are inevitable.

Why not? New UT Cadres required for filling up of DAF. Proportion to be allotted to each UT.
But someone told me that some case is pending in the CAT and delay is because of that. I'm not sure. It could just be a rumour.
