[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Not to speculate but KCC involves production credit and investment credit that involves non farm activities ... The above Indian express article talks of how the credit has been largely used for other non farm investment more than production purpose ...

@Chalukya I got this question wrong and have no hope...I marked all and I know it's wrong..tomorrow if I use my kcc money to buy a gun and murder someone doesn't mean kcc loans are sanctioned for murdering people...let it go...it's not debatable

But building houses is debatable

Aadharwas made mandatoryfor insurance products in accordance with PMLA Rules. This was in 2017. However due toSC Judgment+ recentamendment in 2019,Aadhar is not mandatory.

@prachimalik1121311  not sure about the 5th option but 2nd option I e buying tractors is definitely under KCC ambit which helps in farm activities .... Again building houses with kCC is what makes the 5th option unlikely

 Aadhar is not mandatory.. Initially irdai did give a notice in 2017 that it is mandatory.. But in 2019 supreme court stuck it down.. Thats where this question came from

Regarding the contract part SC stuck it down in the aadhar verdict.. See vision pt 365 2019 polity 2nd page.. It lists all the sections that sc stuck down in the aadhar act.. It also mentions about 6 months of metadata

In astatement given on November 8, 2017 by the regulator, Aadhaar-insurance policy linkage has been made compulsoryunder the Prevention of Money-laundering (Maintenance of Records) Second Amendment Rules, 2017.


“Central Government vide gazette notification dated 1st June 2017 notified the Prevention of Money-laundering (Maintenance of Records) Second Amendment Rules, 2017 making Aadhaar and PAN/Form 60 mandatory for availing financial services including Insurance and also for linking the existing policies with the same,” IRDAI said.



The notification was back in 2017. SC judgment and recent amendment will change the position.
