Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

I agree with you, on this. Actually given upsc picks questions from a book or source and generally sticks with the interpretation of that source, I am nudged to believe it will be 1n2 only. Though am not entirely convinced on what he meant by desh.

People are saying the wording is of a generalist nature. Last time upsc did one with rules followed are same as loksabha , it went with general option while coachings did a lot of hair splitting on obscure rules. So some coaching centres are just saying that it was based on art 164(4).
