Unke insiders ek Godi Media hain wo RAS mains exam mein busy hain, ek choti singh lbsnaa mein fc kar rahe hain, baaki aur koi credible nahi hai sab bakar bazi kar rahe hain. Aaj k time Arun Saxena hi kuch bata rahe hain but unka soon kitna soon hoga ispar question hai. Forum par humne to Hank bhai ko credible maan liya hai 15 taarikh tak, tab tak nahi aaya to kisi aur ko bana lenge jo 16 ka kahega fir 17 waale ko and so goes on till result comes.

I was completely clueless and have written some random generic things in Earn while you learn Qn ,so I guess I can relate

I have written Apprenticeship scheme & vocational edctn issues and skill development schemes for "Earn while learn" Qn

Even mention TULIP internship scheme of MoHUA but nowhere did I mention anything related to Ministry of Tourism scheme (i had no clue)

IMO it's one of the direct yet complex questions in mains 2021

agar ekdum straightforward points likhne the in 5-6 factual questions me toh fir 80+ achha score mana jayega gs 2 and 3 me . for 2 reasons:

- checking kisine bataya strict hua hai

- baki ke questions bhi kafi complex the bhale factual na ho.

muje nai lagta ki logo ko 14fc gdp s400 equality aqg etc kisi ko bhi 5-6 points exactly pata honge time ko dekhte hue

@Konohamaru No one knows for sure. Everything is a hypothesis.I have one hypothesis similar to equi percentile method which fits in some cases.However it can be entirely wrong.

Let us assume the average score of top 10 or top 5 percent students in a subject.

Let's assume that in paper 1 the average score of toppers is 125(raw marks) in humanities subjects(varies depending on toughness of subject),180 in engineering subjects,190 in Maths etc.

Since 70 pc of students take humanities optional,the average marks of top 5 pc or 10 pc students of all subjects combined may be around 135.

So the base for paper 1 is set at 135.

Now assume if someone in Maths scores 205 as actual score,that means he has scored 15 marks more than 190(average marks of Maths toppers)

That means add 15 marks to base 135 equals 150.

Now he will also get 3 4 marks extra benefits in scaling(depending on standard deviation)as he performed better than average of toppers.

So his actual marks may be 153.

Lets take the case of anthro.

Lets say if someone scored 140 as raw marks and average marks of Anthro toppers is 125.

That means he she is 15 marks above 125.

Therefore 15 marks will be added to the base of 135.

It becomes 150

Again 3 4 marks scaling benefits may occur.

So actual marks may be 153

So both the anthro guy and Maths guy may end up getting same actual scores despite of the fact that one scored 205 and other scored 140.

It depends on how better one performs relative to others in that subject.

Once again just a hypothesis 😂

Experience se bata raha hun checking related saari info bogus hoti hai. Result date ka fir bhi idea lag sakta hai kyonki file movement hota hai upsc mein. Checking is completely discreet.
