Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

@Caesar fertigation is definitely 134 because phosphorous fertilizers being insoluble lead to problem of precipitation if mixed with irrigation water and may jam the pipe etc ..

@gauravbrly409 UNDHR gives the very basic fundamental rights. FD's like Respecting national flag, national anthem, developing scientific temper, cherishing freedom struggle etc are not directly related to UNDHR. But that said Upsc is the god.

What about chemical fertilizers question, chemical fertilizers (except urea) retail price are market driven, for example for N P K fertilizers you can check that different retail prices have been provided by retailers. Also what about micro nutrient fertilizers? I think answer should be 1,2 and 3.

IRDAI did made Aadhar mandatory, but later SC ruled it out. So, at present its not mandatory.

What's the consensus on non financial debt? Also, if home buyers are financial creditors, how can the loans availed for the same be non financial debt? Further in all the answer keys they say ISSUER of debt, (given they all googled from the same site) but that is different from what we are taking at the moment

With regards to Artificial Intelligence. The basic argument here is around "meaningful". Though music and stories can be created by using artificial, we aren't at a stage yet to use that effectively to make them meaningful . Wireless transmission is still in nascent stage

There have been many instances and discussions on article 29 of UDHR, it acts more as the 'restrictions' enshrined in our fundamental rights, and not as such duties to be performed. It reminds us that the rights are not absolute and we have a duty to adhere to the rights in the bounds of our responsibility to the community.

Baki depends on UPSC. IMO, all other questions are more or less clear. We are just finding reasons to believe otherwise.
