The concept of smart buildings: Only about 33 out of 100 buildings in India can be considered to be ‘smart’. There are three kinds of requirements : the building should be green, it should be safe and it should be productive.

Huge deals for importing wheat despite surplus at home: Due to two things: Concerns that unseasonal rains in February and March would affect wheat output, and attractive prices of wheat, Indian flour millers and the local units of global trading giants have sewn up deals to import five lakh tonnes of premium Australian wheat since March 2015.
Moratorium on intellectual property complaints: Intellectual property laws are governed internationally by the Trade-Related Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) Agreement. This has helped developing countries like India to provide affordable healthcare to the sick.
Merge of FMC and SEBI: The merger of commodities regulator Forward Markets Commission (FMC) with SEBI is likely by September. FMC has been brought under the Finance Ministry in 2013.
