That's all not so productive day due to lack of motivation 

Hello everyone

How to deal with days where we are unable to focus, distracted and eventually waste 80% of the day? Especially with prelims just a month away..

Try to keep yourself away from the distractions be it social media and anything that you think is ,try to skim through pages even if you are not able to study but keep turning them ,do go for a walk in evening post dinner and plan your every day one day ahead .At last remember that you are not going to have every day as productive as you think but what matters is how you perform on your worst days also and remember you have to keep going as everything will workout in last 😊

If you think you can’t study try to solve tests as it will help you both in revision and giving reality check if you don’t perform good triggering the immediate emotional response of picking up the book 

Yaar if someone has cleared prelims multiple times before he or she can do that in one month as they have that past confidence that helps a lot .Also regarding importance of last month preparation-its very crucial it can make or break your chances so plz try to study as much as you can if you get bored by static pick up current affairs if you get  bored by them solve some test ,csat ,pyq but keep studying.Take it like this that you have to study only one month for prelims then never again 

Also you are on right track as far as I remember from your marks in tests ,just keep up the momentum and keep going
