Hello 2021 aspirants. I thought it would be nice if we can share what we are doing and intend to do with one another here.
This could be a thread for discussing everything prep for 2021.
No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Aptitude questions to be solved
@D503 They haven't provided any.
@LetsGetThisBreadfrom where do u practice csat.. can u please tell your strategy in brief for the same..
I have a really old Vajiram book from when I did coaching in 2017. I don’t particularly have a strategy besides passing tbh, because my math is as terrible as terrible can be. I’m “can’t wrap my head around fractions and bodmas” bad, so I try to do things that I can, and the aim is to maximise the kinds of questions I’m able to attempt. But surprisingly I’m good at the logic section, and I suppose I’m good at comprehension so I try to practice these as much as I can from the book and PYQs. Copious amount of YouTube videos on how to solve profit-loss questions have been my go-to. No particular channel, but just “how much can they dumb down concepts?” is my rationale behind watching them.
I was in company of some very very bad days. No study, family issues, then vaccination and then achanak se aaj cooking ka tadka. I don't know why , but I wanted to cook Kerala cuisine today by myself, so mummy was free from kitchen and I was in and cooked some really good dishes(5-6 atleast, which included sambhar, rasam, cabbage poriyal, aviyal, beetroot ka something, papad ). Good meal. But issue was that after so much cooking, I didn't feel like eating, maybe my heart was full from the sight of those vegetables which I myself had cut and the feel of cooking.
Now that break hogya of 1 week, with some very minimal studies, Back at my table with a bang, and this time phod deni hai table meine. Jyda hogya but chalo theek hai.
Slow starting but start toh ho rha.
1. Environment - Revision complete
2. Politics of Participation - complete
3. Revision - Mrunal complete
4. CSAT
5. Pt 365 complete.
Wish me luck guys.
And something good happened. I started penning down my feelings. Feelings about some current issues, which were quelled up inside me. Danish siddique's death and the photographs he clicked, I saw them, I felt some pain, particularly for the people of afghanisthan. Having read A thousand splendid suns, I couldn't believe the fact that people are going to go through the same things again and how as people, we are failing our comrades from other countries. These incidents were arousing some feelings, some emotions and they needed to be written down, so I started that. It was a good feeling and writing really helps.

All the best 👍👍 get back to table ( pr phod Mr dena ek hi h...... assuming ki ek hi h :p )
Binge watched and finished NEVER HAVE I EVER season 2 on netflix, (yeah, I like these kinda easy breezy shows that make no sense actually). I am not a binge watching kinda person, but today it was an agenda for me to finish it, so that I dont leave it in between and feel the need to come back to it.
Digital Detox was good. Managed to give 2 mocks for optional. Finished ethics, internal security.
We can do so much better without our phones or internet. So, I guess its just gonna stay just way for some more days.
Today was a nice day. Will get back to business again.....
Goodnight friends :)

Laxmikanth done
Additionally solved two sectional of economics and polity for small fun
Solved few aptitude questions
@SergioRamos where have you been these days?
19/7/21
Dynamics 2 classes ->done; CA class ->done; Newspaper done ->CA revision ->5/8 topics done (although 2 of those were budget and economic survey so took a lot more time than expected)
Overall this was a satisfactory day. Even if I didn't complete all my targets, I could work harder than previous few weeks.
I hope the streak continues
Some people die of cancer....
Some of old age....
Some in accident...
Some due to alcoholism....
But I, my friends, will die due to this guilt I face every night.. the guilt of not having a satisfactory day.. 😢😢
May the Gods of focus, commitment and sheer will shower their blessings on me and all of us... 😁
@sjerngal back to back optional mocks in a single day amidst prelims anxiety tough man!
No.. I didn't do it in a single day, it was an update of the past 10 days
Managed to sit for a long number of hours irrespective of the productivity. Today was better than yesterday and yet, miles to go still! I finally completed the mock test analysis and that made up for the slow pace in the other subjects. Will give the test tomorrow.
Targets:
- Mechanics & Fluid Dynamics PYQs (4/5) Give a Prelims Test Vision CA Feb (Finish!) Newspaper

All the best to you for your targets, lovely people of Forum!
Was able to complete the targets. Although mathematics is going slow, so will take more time. I'll double down on maths today and then re-evaluate how many more days I need to give to this chapter..
Targets:
- Mechanics & Fluid Dynamics PYQs (5/5)
- Prelims Test Analysis (Finish?)
- Newspaper
@Celeborn I agree. The math community might just come in handy post prelims. Let's hope we all reach there happy and full of energy :D
Sunday was not productive at all. Did a little bit of mathematics here and there but I guess the weekend vibes didn't let me study. I spent most of my day reading about this book on India & Afghanistan. Had been stuck at it since a month, so I finished it yesterday itself :P
Same targets repeat.
All the best everyone, have a good day!
Had a good first half, a not so good second half. Going to give two more days to this chapter before I move ahead. Today needs to be a good day.
Targets:
- Mechanics & Fluid Dynamics PYQs (6/7)
- Finish Prelims Mock Analysis
- Give Prelims Test
