No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

Not so productive day, will try to turn it around.
@sjerngal Good to see someone feels their pain. But running away from it won't give cognitive harmony but dissonance only because what's going to happen will happen anyway(Murphy's law). Your 5 minutes to them will give you enough motivation to drive the day throughout productively.

Going to double down on the monthly tomorrow so not a lot of targets.
Both targets were completed. Although, the chapter might take a couple of extra days. Will decide on that in a few days. Also, I finally managed to read a little for myself today so that made me get over the shooting disappointment in the morning!

Yesterday, I clocked 4 hours of work before 12 noon & got like 30% work done. And then something happened. In a way, it was a self-inflicted harm. I let a thing impact me more than I should have. I just let go of everything like nothing mattered. I ordered junk food, watched a web series, felt sad and lonely all day. And only in the evening, I sat down to do some serious thinking. I wanted to run away from everything. I was going to go away from forum too and never come back. But a good night's sleep put some sense in me, I guess.
I am not unhappy about half a day lost. I think I needed that junk-food-binge-watching hug. It's more about how I approach these things. About 4-5 years ago, I used to retreat from the world at every single instance of what I thought was "catastrophic" event in my life. In the hindsight, they were unimportant parts of life.
I just need to remind myself that the answer to loneliness & sadness isn't isolation but being with people. I am here. I may perform a little suboptimally for a day or two. Forgive me for that.

We got your back, friend :) some days there’s nothing sweeter than the embrace of junk food and series to binge watch. Those days are just as important mental health wise as are our 16 hour high productivity days. No one day defines us, no one day can either make or break us. Take your time :)

Thanks, its mostly revision and not studying anything new, probably thats why its being fast this time.
I hope I keep up this Josh and not become a victim of petty mood swings, which I often do.

Tough day today. But let's roll in!
Despite being aware of the fact that I am extremely sensitive to caffine,had 2 (even 1 could have been enough to destroy me)cups of tea after being tempted by stupid Lucknow evening rain(tea after 6 months),could not study at night could not sleep at night.
Its kind of killing me ,overly stimulated.
Any tips?how to undo caffine hangover fast,I have to study a lot(literally) today?
Hello folks. Another late start today. I need to fix this on priority. I feel very unfresh when I wake up and also tend to waste a ton of time in thinking neend puri nahi hui let's sleep some more and then having these restless sleep windows. It was going so well yesterday and then I started thinking about how well the day was going and got too complacent and binge watched a ton of crap on YouTube.
So for today, I'm working on going to bed on time, just doing stuff and not getting ahead of myself, keeping phone away.
Targets for 2807:
1. Consti module 2
2. Time permitting: history 1 module
3. Have to wind up by 12. Whatever is done by then is enough.
