No one method fits all but to see the plans and progress made by fellow aspirants might help with the finer details of preparation and also keep one on track.

I feel much better today, than the last 3 days. They have been horrible, mentally. I was sad seeing that when the exam is approaching my body is not giving me company. Finally went to doctor, nasal spray became saviour again and I am back in the game.

7. Test.
The night was one of the most horrible. So horrible that I wake up, cried, was drinking water, cried, and never being asleep thoroughly. This is a strange thing considering I have always been the most cheerful and enjoying nature person throughout my life. Sometimes, I wish I should have been an arrogant, very selfish person throughout my life.

Don't fret over the fact that "I am usually happy , why is this happening to me?'. It is fine..
Mental breakdowns are our biggest strengths in the long run.. Suppressing our emotions is the easiest thing we can do.. Facing them is much braver...

Yes, I cried a lot and it's a little ok now. I am feeling lots better.
Bhai if possible make sure you have any kind of physical activity in your routine. For me hardcore workout act like a therapy specially when I am mentally stressed. Take care.

Economy took a lot of time again, but I was finally able to finish the static portion. I'm changing a couple of things, will go back to Economy (only CA) after I'm done with Environment and S&T. Did about 50% of test analysis and a little bit of schemes here and there. Slacked off in the second half, not again! Tomorrow is sort of a bridge day, taking care of some loose ends.

- Finish June, July Vision CA (Push for August?)
- Indices (if time permits)
Funny how all it takes is one score to shake things up. Alas, the mind is too fragile.

CA revised for 2 months only till June
Instead of PYQs, started just glancing HCS pre-paper as it was filling my brain with "feel good" hormone i.e dopamine. The kind of mental breakdown I suffered, I recovered well today. So many comments and so many beautiful messages from everyone. Thanks@the_initiated @sjerngal @Phantom @Villanelle @LetsGetThisBread @nerdfighter . Even those 2-3 words like take care etc or some great piece of pieces of advice on DM has been a great gesture by all of you! Thank you!
