Done with morning one and half hour. More to go. Time to grind. Wish I could listen my favourite songs w someone and vibe. Wish I could tell them why I like this song and then I really wish I we'll sing those songs together.
It hurts when you no longer have that someone. Slowly you stop listening to your favourite music, slowly you stop doing things that you enjoy because now those things remind you of that someone. You stop singing your favourite song, you stop watching your favourite show, you try to explore new things which may not necessary give you happiness.
Well exploring new things has it's pros and cons. I would want to explore new things with a positive and empty mind space. Which I don't think is possible for me right now. Or I would want to explore new things with people I feel comfortable with.
Am I a hopeless romantic ? Am I too emotional ? yadda yada. Do I overshare to random new people? YUP. Do they lose interest in me after I overshare ? YES. Why so though ? because I'm not mysterious anymore and people naturally curious about things. Once things become clear people aren't interested no more (':
BEEY BHAAY, can all this let's get back to studying economics.

😂😂
@Rashmirathi @Morticia y'all know Ismat Chugtai?
http://inet.vidyasagar.ac.in:8080/jspui/bitstream/123456789/5425/1/10_Koyel%20Chanda.pdf This paper deals with application of Devi- Dasi dichotomy theory in a story of Ismat Chugtai.
Some important lines which may not need context ->
The ‘dasi’ role allows her to change masters if the living gets tough whereas the role of a ‘devi’ restricts her life and her movements. Both the roles have a downside for women. However it is to be borne in minds that both these roles are constructed keeping male interests and desires in mind. So it is futile to expect that these roles can ever allow women to explore her potentialities as well as her freedom. What emerges from the text is the ambivalence of the position of Indian women.

I'm not advocating linearity bro; my point was solely that you shouldn't give up on anything that makes you happy or helps you overcome the grief; as you said regarding sharing 🤗

She sarcastically says “Granted, women are as stupid as buffaloes in the cow pen! They are ignorant and do not grant them even an iota of intelligence?" But in different context than what Munshiji is saying in.
Also, I think the feminism in this century should have been different & about more substantial things but ab jo h so h.
Not from MH.
