Can't sleep

What I do is a sleep cycle rotation one week before the exam. I start sleeping 3 hours later than my normal routine of 12 midnight. So, for example, this year I would sleep at 6pm on 14th June. Wake up at 2am on 15th June. So no matter what, I am bound to sleep by 9pm on 15th June so I can hopefully have a complete sleep on 16th Morning. See if it works for you. Take care. Practice CSAT FLTs only, not sectionals, will ease your anxiety once you start scoring 90+
