Hello everyone! In forum after a long time. Remember,@HotBloodPrince saying that one should ensure that they only revise in the last 1 month and be done with things by then. I just realised I am very far from this. I still have not studied a lot of GS subjects which were common to prelims and still not done with some current affairs. Few other random topics too. I pretty much know that I messed my optional and lot other things resulting in this state. The whole story to ask if I have to choose in completing every topic once with less revision and answer writing practice or doing high yield topics and more revision and answer writing practice, then what would you suggest? I know, should not have ended like this at the 1st place but still. Any help would be very appreciated. (1st attempt)

Hello!
I am also in similar position. This is also my first attempt and doing so many subjects in short amount of time is very overwhelming experience.

I think in last 20 days you should focus on what you have already done and strengthen it by constantly revising those topics for easy recall. It is always advisable to complete the whole syllabus and revise everything multiple times but I doubt all of us can prepare in such an ideal manner. If your World History is completely untouched till now then it will not be prudent to pick it up now. It has poor utility as barely few questions get asked. Better to focus more on revising and strengthening those areas which you have already covered in prelims like Modern Indian history and geography. These subjects will fetch you good marks. You would have done current affairs of months before prelims so focus on that too.

Just keep revising. That is the key.
