@GravityShades parliament can discuss any matter of state except related to some judicial arena, but parliament can make laws on the request of the concerned states in normal condition and during emergency parliament is supreme in all aspects.
@kasanasandy007133 however parliament is supreme on any matters of India if it recognises its a national interest.
@GravityShades ya as per official key it's right because as per rules of house of conducting business the parliament cannot discuss state matter for making a law but if any matter of state has national interest that can be discussed by parliament and make laws with request as per rules.
@sjerngal ministry of co operation is like that . As cooperative is in state list but at centre level its ministry formed.
@Pam123 it seems you are from humanity sides so not fit in maths but I can ensure you that some questions always so easy that you may tick correct answer with only options. Secondly if there's some questions on graph then it will be easy for you. So focus only easy questions of mathematics. Now practice previous year of 2 or 3 years csat paper within in only one day. It will be suffice.

I am suffering from dengue fever from last 10 days , my platelets declined to 40000, this was my first experience of any type of fever who pulled me to hospital. I couldn't see even the mobile screen or listen. I really felt the intensity of dengue fever. However after 10 th day my platelets increased to 75000 signing well in near time. Hope all of you will be ok and should be fine, please avoid half shirts etc as in my hospital new blocks were opened for increasing volume of dengue patients.
