The answer is given as d since statement 1 is wrong.

However, statement 4 also seems to be wrong as the Lockdown was declared under the provisions of DM Act, 2005. Attaching the link to the notification.

With respect to 'Strategic Disinvestment Policy of the Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)', consider the following statements:

1. This policy requires the transfer of management along with dilution of less than 50% of CPSEs.

2. It is undertaken through a consultation process among different Ministries and NITI Aayog.

3. The Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) is responsible to identify CPSEs for strategic disinvestment.

Which of the following statements given above is/are correct?

a 2 only

b 3 only

c 1 and 3 only

d 1, 2 and 3

as per october 2019 notification of GoI, Niti Aayog and DIPAM will jointly identify CPSEs for strategic sale

@AlexanderSupertramp you are right regarding use of DM act 2005. but as per epidemic act, centre or states can use the provisions to take steps needed to combat outbreak which includes lockdown. hence DM act 2005 and epidemic act are used together. so statement 4 cant be outrigthly said as wrong. thats my understanding.(it may be wrong)

I attempted the test today afternoon .. but my roll number is not in rank list .. where can i check my rank or if it isn't possible .. i got 106 marks .. what would be my rough rank.
