Is banning a solution to the larger problem?

I have been using Adobe Scan for a long time instead of CamScanner for scanning my answer sheets.

I started using Adobe Scan initially because it didn't put a watermark like CamScanner.

Students can try Adobe Scan and if they have a good smartphone it should work better than CamScanner in auto mode.

I've also been using adobe scan for a long time due to the watermark issue. Its auto-detect feature also works well, also the different colour scales also gives a better opportunity to customise the document. The best thing about it is that it is compatibility with adobe reader. That offers a seamless usage between devices(phone and laptop in my case) without having to transfer first via e-mail it and then downloading and accessing on the laptop and then accessing it.

No. The ban is more symbolic than economic.

It is an expression of both intent and capability. The intention here is to send clear message to China and the world that India will not bow down to anybody's "bullying behavior". It keeps the capability to respond its adverseries in their own language.

The ban is a low key but effective symbol to begin with.
