Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.

I hv attempted only 800 marks out of 1000 marks of GS papers, but only hope is that CONTENT was not compromised in any question
In optional( socio) I attempted 450/500 again 50 marks less attempt but content was there in all the answersEssay was good ( individual, South asia )
Now it is very difficult for me bcz i hv left 250 marks without attempting, it is equal to one GS paper,
Only MIRACLE can help to get call for Personality test.
It is like... U need to reach Delhi from Kolkata, to meet Ur Love (say UPSC)....then u boarded bullet train...perfect in all sense.... And then u deboarded at Aligarh station.
Now you see yourself what will happen...

This was my third attempt with anthropology.
I think this time ....250-270 marks aa sakte hai.
Kya yeh score theek hai...iss baat mujhe paper tough Laga...
2017 me 290 tha score
@Yes_I_am_insir you know that's not how it works. There are people with 260 in optional with a 200 rank. But they've done too well in GS.
270 is good to get an interview call if gs essay are reasonable. But tough to secure a rank. Considering you're from gen category. This year there could be additional 10m disadvantage if we are not EWS.
Honestly, we all need to sit back and wait for the result to know what is good and what isn't. Way too many variables. The worst of the variables is how UPSC changes it's marking pattern.. GS1 penalized last year. GS4 in 2017.

currently i am watching target upsc classses for anthro(as i dont find any other option) i write everything wtvr sir teach
now how i read standard books and makes notes out of it ,and how to merge standard books notes with ,my classes notes ?

520-530 marks (as per last year marking)
