Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.
@BGPmains 365 + lakhsmikant + vision tests
@VikaI have listed 170-180 topics from questions might appear
So I am preparing model answers to them in concised way paperwise so that it would be easy to look at it the day before exams!
Plus revising my own mains test series copies and paying attention to the comments they comeup with!
Do share if you have any more productive ideas
@ManchesterUnited
Good approach. I scan a few topper/ good copies every day to add to the "ARSENAL" of presentation. Going through my own copies to re-evaluate how better I could have presented, working on Ease of reading for examiner.
For GS I am preparing solutions only. Then reverse engineering the problems and challenges. Works very well for polity.
Also trying to concise topics like globalization, urbanisation into 1-2 pages so that it becomes easier to revise quickly Progress on ths front is slow though.
@ChampakAdd Achiever
@ChampakHauser Active
@Vikalost & clueless on GS-3. Rest all is just fine. How you guys going on GS-3?
@Vikafor stress & anxiety, 3 days of open test have made me quite numb for a while
@Champaksettled on v7, cartridge sys has made it even better.. Only worry of the paper quality and if impressions left on back side
@CaesarFor Economy you can use models like- C, I, G, Im, Ex; 1st and 2nd generation reforms, Land, labour, capital, enterprise; & 10 EODB parameters to extract 5-10 points for each sector, industry, etc.
Agri is Swaminathan recommendations
Security, Disaster, Environment only current
Science is unpredictable, but do IR 4.0, nano, biotech, space
@CaesarGS4 paper quality was low. For rest papers were above normal A4 sheet quality and quite smooth
@Vikai go for 5min Topic selection, 10min blueprint and 75 mins for each essay and I never go beyond 10 pages(1000) words, so that saves the time.
@Vikaplacing my bet on mains365 for most of the topics, that's a mountain in itself.
@VikaAlmost everything you mentioned is available in a single document ie NITI’s strategy for India @75!
Found it really helpful for paper 3 and parts of paper 2
