Aise to aap kuch bhi likh do....if question asking about a specific .. you should write specific.... showing your knowledge can be backfire on you

@Chacha420scholars are not compulsorily required in paper w...hai toh theek..agar nahi bhi hai toh concepts se kaam chalake bhi ache marks aa jate hai...khair is baar madam ne part b paper 2 (india and wprld) ka note nhi diya so many would hve written less scholars

On what grounds a people’s representative can be disqualified under the representation of people act, 1951? Also mention the remedies available to such person against his
disqualification.
This was the qn asked, how many might have written the sections of rpa mentioning the grounds of disqualification. I wrote it plain like paid news,corrupt practices etc. I know i wont get more than 4/5 in this.

@chaitanya0458here u can either writr section numbers to gain edge or u can increase the number of grounds written (as u hve done) like instead of 4-5 write more...u wl get edge over others

@ranyo_asokaAfter reading qn, i felt section numbers should be written so i attempted this in last half an hour just mentioning grounds of disqualification. That's the reason i'm predicting 4/5 marks

@sat_009I wrote it too but wasn't too sure. Apart from Section 8 provisions, other provisions seem pretty specific. Kudos to those who remembered them. They'd be amply rewarded.

@Yes_I_am_inNot written an essay on the case. Mentioned it in passing reference while discussing disqualification under RPA 123(3).
