@chaitanya0458thats true, we can guess marking pattern of whole paper based upon past experiences but its very difficult to decipher marking of single question,
in vision ias or gs score they will award marks out of 5 if one angle is missing altogeter, but i highly doubt that same may happen in upsc, as content for grecobactrian elements is greater than central asian it may be the case that we may get 3.5 or 4 in this question.

waha pe answer acha likha hai maine my answe was based upon yojana article but ab jyada yad nahi aa raha exact structure of my answer.

@abhishek_palag alag angle se socho..kya hi economic benefits of mass transport?. 1.more people are commuted with lesser fuel 2.less cars so less pollution as people use mass transport 3. women empowerment -->safety and commuting aspect esp metro 4. less traffic -->logistics like vehicles carrying goods will be faster 5. servicing of mass trnsport and to cater need of establishment -->companies producing metro /bus will set up service centres and industries in india -->jobs badhenge ...is type se u can answer 6. better access to work place...kuch is type se can approach

First time main writers shouldn't get demotivated by answers people write here. Last year many candidates who were discussing their wonderful answers here couldnt clear the mains cutoff.
This post is not targeted to anybody but was a gentle reminder that upsc is unpredictable when it comes to marks.
