Mains 2019 Preparation and Discussion Thread

@paranthapijja; as an afterthought it struck to me that I have also mentioned office of profit as disqualification; so quite relieved now that laxmi has mentioned it in the book ; However, still can’t find it in the Act.

Anyway realised that now i have really forgot what I wrote and what not; so not much use of discussion;

best of luck to everyone ; everyone has written as per his/her knowledge and in any case GS 1,2,3 wont have a drastic effect if you have written avg answers so nothing to get disheartened and UPSC springs surprises most of the time !!

@dr-ahmednaaz8567i have written umesh sinha committee for section 126 in conclusion.. apt or misplaced??

@dr-ahmednaaz8567haan yr one should write as per the on the spot intuitions; I wrote the case in remedies though that previously this was a remedy but after lilly thomas case it is not; I dont know whether that would fetch any mark but I guess I wont be penalised for that

Satisfied with 60% of the answers I wrote
