Mains 2019 Preparation and Discussion Thread
Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.

How aspirants accept their failure at different stages of examination with courage and have dedication to improve every time n it may subsequently lead to success...

mera dedication pe jyada focus ho gaya.. I realised it in the end.. couldn’t do much regarding it then..

@Haeckelessay me alag hi kahani hai; jab 2015 me kam marks milte the tab mujhe bahut marks mile the fir over confidemce ho gaya aur 2016 me jab sabko chappar faad marks mile to mereko ekdum hi kam

N I don’t think essay recheck hote honge..
So evaluator khush to badhiya marks

Examiner ko kya pasand aaye uspe marks hai.. baki tum kitna accha bura likhe ho matters the least..
My roomie scored 148 in 2017 dropped down to 91 in 2018
@Haeckelsame situation but of lesser magnitude. 139 se 108. And personal "feel" was 2017 se better likha hai.

Hoping at least around it to be on safer side
@Haeckelyr but i know meri to quality kharab thi 2016 vaale me ; 2015 was frst mains to novice ki tarah likha tha jaise apne blog pe likhta tha then 2016 me thoda shaana banna chaha to doob gaya ; 2017 again scored 135 joki were decent; may be subjectivity ho but I guess agar theek thaak likha hai to bahot idhar udhar nahi hote marks baaki 2018 ke shayad topics kaafi tough the to uska impact hua hoga

@TeddyWestsideagreed.. they expect simple and crude essays and not very refined n sophisticated ones..
Sticking to topic with decent content gives average score for sure and it’s better than a blunder to get below 100..
2018 topics were difficult to interpret and more difficult to express exactly
