@dks2020I am working as a PO in PSB since 2018, I too started since college though at snails' pace just read a few books. Appeared in UPSC mains this year. Though with job it's bit tough but it's manageable. On daily basis you have to give 3-4 hours atleast to studies. Rest many things depends upon your place of posting. And then you can avail leaves for prelims and mains. Go for without pay even if needed. Rest everyone has a different mindset. Some people think they can prepare well devoting full time others feel more disciplined while in job. So you may have to take your call. For me I felt it's better for me to prepare while in job it gives sense of security .
Banking...SSC...UPSC this path might be a long one. So directly jump for UPSC and state PCS (if syllabus is similar which usually is) . You might face some difficulty in first attempt while managing. But then it becomes bit easier
