Any idea whether cutoff this year will be lesser/greater than last year?

Don't you think GS papers( especially 2) were tougher than last year plus seats are marginally more this year? So, are there chances of cutoff going down?

Economics optional, anyone?

@kochikaamesame, couldn't complete paper 1. Paper 2 was okay but idk if they mark well in that

@kochikaameit was funny how I always completed the tests in time but in the final exam, could not complete paper 1Mainly because as you said, it required a lot of thinking.

Is it true that forum mein marking is stricter than vision? In the MGP that is ongoing, highest is only in 90s?

Is it just me or can no one concentrate on studying despite sitting for hours

However hard I try to be detached, rational and realistic by not expecting much from the result( given my performance), somehow after giving it your all in those 9 days, hope crops up. To all those here who have tasted this before, please shed some light on how to handle failure? How to get back the zest and confidence? How to rise again?

Is it true that given the ews quota, the general cutoff can shoot upto 800?

@Nalandayeah that was all a joke it seemed. For ews impact on cutoff, they seemed serious!
In any case, what is the likely impact of ews quota on general cut off?

If the decision is not in favour of petitioners, won't they appeal to the High Court? Would that lead to further delay?
