@Aspirant123 I remember Buddhism theory of kshanikvada, like every moment is changing, each moment new skin grows. just like that every moment new water comes in river, time is passing and you cant go back in past.

Many of my friends took the repeat same mistake interpretation but the philosopher who gave the quote has different meaning of constant change

mujhe to Sab Unconventional lag rha aajkal. Ek to qsn dekh ke vomit krne ka Maan kar rha. I don't know much but I feel Quality of qsns asked has declined like the quality of economic survey :p

i think factual ni but regular jo news ko follow kar raha wo link kar sakta hai most questions ko current affairs se... like Q1 me SEZ wala issue tha, fir wo jo environment me kuch Namani Gange wala parte hai sab wo dal sakte, baki delhi me bhi hua tha kuch time pehle, Q2 me bhi Covid k tym political parties ne rallies nikali thi, fir covid pure tarah se khatam ni hua tha log idhar udhar ghum rahe the..residence me Rohingya wala angle ya fir refugees se kuch link kar sakte, then sri lankan tamil wala... Q3 me Financial bill, GST, Finance bill me ek defence and internal security wala tha, then make in india k liye startup and states ko kafi autonomy mili thi promotion k liye filhaal me..Q4 VP k election huwe the toh basic... Q5 ye i think static but mostly sabne prepare kra hoga.. Q6 Current Q7 ye bhi sab parte hi hai baki pel do... Q8 DBT bhi news me tha kafi Q9 fir Current sabne kara hoga Q10 current sabne kara hoga Q11 ye repeated hai kuch had tak isi type ka ek baar pehle aya hua hai koi year me toh (in less than 5 yr) but Q12 static par ptani kitno ne padha hoga isko.. par pel do ni padha toh.. Guys, by mistake on NCBC question today on GS2, I wrongly mentioned wrong article number of constitution. Rest other things are correct, will all my marks be deducted or some minor penalty will be there?
