Despite doing better in almost all papers as compared to last mains(50 marks below last years interview cutoff) , i have this negative feeling that i have not done enough and maybe i am not suited to this exam is all over my mind. Can someone pls give some advice how to get over it
- Drink with friends.
- If you are teetotaler then have trip to haridwar.
- Prepare for upcoming cgl in December. ( might help in paper 2 prelims)
- Majority of candidates are in same mental state.( Few are exception).Umeed par duniya kayaam hai.

Prelims paper 2 ka issue nhi h , Always did well in that paper.
Prelims ka issue nhi rha ab utna , mains ka logic hi samjh nhi aa rha bilkul ki kis basis par marks increase honge 🥲
@Truthseeker evergreen subject hai...isme kam marks aate hai toh aspirants ko lagta hai ki writing skill better kar lega toh achhe marks aa sakte hai...toh usi trap me ye optional wale bahut kam hi log change kar paate hai....iss optional se GS aur essay me bhi help mil jaata hai....lekin optional hi utna achha score nhi aa paata...

Bhai mein suna hein ki during 2008-10 labsana complained about candidates quality not upto mark. It was found history and Pub Ad wale candidates pudhu hote hai and that's why they started slaughtering us.
In 2015 medicine had hit rate of 20% i think. Might be prefering doctors. Which Was quite weird.
Don't know veracity of this fact.Shayad anthro wale bahut smart hote hein.

Neither have Pub. Ad.nor History & nothing personal or against anyone but someone I know closely in the service (in service since 2008) is really pissed with B.tech guys! Said that technical subject people neither understand the rationale nor the principles & never apply brain where logical discretion for principled decisions is required. This was mostly in context with Ministerial & Court work! He pointed out some silliest things which were there in policies but sab nhi bata sakta idhar!

I absolutely agree on this! After this CSAT qualification requirement commission has opened one more window for hatred towards B.tech people. It becomes even sadder when I see many engineers failing CSAT.
pta nhi konse engineer h ye log....m toh bina kuch padhe jata hu...easily jitne chahiye utne ke double aaye h harr baar
I know a guy from IIT with good rank and cgpa flunk csat this time. Konsi engineer hai ye log sounds very immature. It's not about questions, it's about time taken to answer. Aapse jaldi ho gye to number aa gaye, bhot log se thoda time lagta solve krne me khas kar jisko time ho chuka hai.
It was said in light mood but i know any day, i can also fail in csat. Trust me (given 3 prelims and one cannot get lucky every time), CSAT is not about speed , solving mere 80 questions in 2 hours is not much of a hurdle(even i had extra 10 mins this time but i was not able to understand demand of questions which i left), it is game of understanding question.
Moreover , should i blame my writing speed for my 2021 mains results, doesn't seem fair to me.
Rhi baat time ho jaane ki , give csat proper respect (solve atleast 4-5 mocks) , if someone feels they are rusty.
