[Official] OBC certificate for DAF - Eligibility, DAF Filling, Creamy Layer, NCL, Things to keep in Mind

Previously (2016, 2017) the work experience certificate was never asked. No clarity now. DAF - I says have to upload it in DAF - II. Someone who appeared for PT last year can clarify.

@Mauryan u must take new one with correct spelling. For now u may attach it with the DAF but u should be ready with the correct one to submit when UPSC ask you.
