[Official] OBC certificate for DAF - Eligibility, DAF Filling, Creamy Layer, NCL, Things to keep in Mind

Can anyone please help me while filling DAF-1 along with OBC non creamy layer certificate do I have to upload letter of undertaking? If yes

do I have to take a print out of it , fill it, and than upload it?

please do help me
