[Official] OBC certificate for DAF - Eligibility, DAF Filling, Creamy Layer, NCL, Things to keep in Mind

Hi Guys,

Please help me with the below queries,

1. Scanned Copy of certificate in support of claim for age relaxation (where applicable)[Col. 1 (c) of this form.] - NC OBC certificate would do right?

2. Scanned Copy of Certificate in support of claim to belong to SC / ST / OBC (Non Creamy Layer)/EWS , (UNDERTAKING FOR OBC CANDIDATES) AND UNDERTAKING FOR EWS CANDIDATES [Col. 8(a) of this form] - Here only the undertaking certificate would do right? 

Also what are you guys filling in the employment monthly salary details? Anyone having decent amount of Work Ex here? My high salary should not be a problem right when it comes to NCL criteria, right? My parents are not working and I already have a NC OBC certificate.
