[Official] OBC certificate for DAF - Eligibility, DAF Filling, Creamy Layer, NCL, Things to keep in Mind

Any information about OBC undertaking, do we need to digitally edit or take a print and write in hand and sign or something else.

Please let me know , if anyone has some knowledge about it.
