I don't recollect much. But as far as I remember it was merely writing answer and linking concepts, something at which "iwra" is extremely good at. Let's practice this year as well under the guidance of the qualified ones.
@Bhagat-singhThanks for the well aid plan. But I request you to please integrate answer writing in the schedule, if possible. I assume that many of us have already given Mains earlier. Hence, we can start the answer writing and improve it in the process. Something similar to what we were doing prior to Prelims.

Examples are missing. Eg: If you quote hurried passing of legislation, you can mention Finance Bill and Appropriate Bill passed within 30 mins last year. Theoretical arguments need to be substantiated by facts and figures.
Plus you can bring certain things from Paper I as well.
@iceblock93Well I would address this question in parts.
- Intro with differences: Political process is the actual functioning of the politico-administrative system while political culture is the value, notions that people have about the political subjects.
- How process and people orientation towards it impart a democratic character? Eg: Old Localism and New Localism. People orientation was important in later. This brings Follet's participative democracy.
- However, process and culture are not 2 separate distinct identity. They influence each other. Culture is formed on the basis of functioning of process. Eg: ECI and voter turnout based on integrity in election.
- Conclusion: Combining the two.

@Hakunah_MatataOh. Even I struggled in 10 markers. I literally had to rush through the entire 10marker questions in last 55 minutes.
