i read and he made a blunder in my opinion. Supreme court established constitution bench to check validity of aadhar act earlier which was again an act of parliament and not constitutional amendment. Also article 143 nowhere mentions constituional amendment only . it says " for the purpose of deciding any case involving a substantial question of law as to the interpretation of this Constitution" puri sir may be great and i am nothing in front of him but due to adhar act scenario i am not convinced by his argument
