How was the paper guys ?
Sabhi act bheja jata he yesa nhi likha gaya he . Act bheje jate hne , ye sach he . Usne British and India model me difference poocha he . British model me parliament supreme he waha yesa kuchh nhi hota lekin India me kabhi kabhi yesa hota he . Ab tk bahut sare act ko constitutional bench ko bheja gaya he . Abhi recently CAA iska example he .
Agr sirf constitutional amendment ko hi bheja jata to phir parliament to koi bhi act apne man se bana degi …. Phir to parliament hi supreme ho jayega lekin India me check and balance ka system he . Basic concept ka question he .
Ye ncert me he iss liye upsc ncert ke sath hi jayegi . Jaise right to vote k liye gayi .
@kohliwagmain to 2nd statement galat hone ke sath hu...
But that’s right statement . Iss meh Kya doubt hein 🧐. It’s clearly mentioned in Article 145 and it is comparing with British process. In Britain parliament is supreme authority. Laws passed by Parliament is not subjected Supreme Court there. In India, Supreme Court can subjected to constitutional bench whenever it feels the parliament law violates constitutional principles
