One cannot place less emphasis on the fact as to how important it is to solve questions asked by UPSC Previously. In fact, UPSC tends to repeat from its own stock, verbatim.
This thread, shall be solely dedicated for posting questions asked in CSP & CAPF.
I shall be posting questions here on a daily basis. Urge you all to answer these in all seriousness. Shoot doubts if you have any, wrt solving any question.
Remember the idea is to solve them, again. Reading questions and solutions is NOT sufficient.
Cheers!

207.Is it D?
Answer will be C
Article 32 represents a FR in itself, and is for the enforcement of Fundamental Rights. Under A. 226, jurisdiction of the High Court is wider and the Court may issue writs for enforcement of FR's, legal rights or any other purpose.
Legal rights are those rights that are given to you basis a statute/ other similar instrument and not under Part 3 of the Constitution. For eg. Right to Fair Compensation for acquisition of land, based on Act in 2013. Right to appeal a decision of any tribunal is also often a legal right.
