No 2nd senior most judge of SC will be executive chair of NALSA.

In march S A Bobde was exe chair,

At present Ramana was exe chair.

Isn't option 2 of q34 right?

Appellate jurisdiction of SC can divided/classified under civil, criminal, constitutional and special leave

The revised answer key says answr to Q21 is 1 only.

The second statement is an exact copy paste statement of Swayaat initiative. Is it a wrong statement?

@Patrick_jane No. The appellate jurisdiction is divided into civil, criminal and constitution matters only. Special Leave under Art 136 is a petition and not appeal. The basic difference is appeal is a matter of right for the individual whereas the Special Leave is a power of Supreme Court under which it can entertain any matter.

Actually it is not to promote MSMEs but to promote startups under MSME sector vie Govt e.NAM portal.

CJI acts as a patron in chief of NALSA whereas seniormost judge acts a Chairperson of NALSA.
