No 2nd senior most judge of SC will be executive chair of NALSA.

In march S A Bobde was exe chair,

At present Ramana was exe chair.

CJI acts as a patron in chief of NALSA whereas seniormost judge acts a Chairperson of NALSA.

@Patrick_jane No. The appellate jurisdiction is divided into civil, criminal and constitution matters only. Special Leave under Art 136 is a petition and not appeal. The basic difference is appeal is a matter of right for the individual whereas the Special Leave is a power of Supreme Court under which it can entertain any matter.
