This is for accessing portal on Website only. And for App - Forum Learning Mobile Application, refer to the pdf farejul sir has attached. The pdf has also details regarding Website as well but I have attached screenshots of the links to be opened, here, since earlier in the day I myself was facing access issue and then the Mail helpdesk helped me. Hope this helps.
