test 3....question 10....Even though DPSPs are not enforceable by court...as per article 37 they are fundamental in governance and it is the duty of govt to apply these principle in making laws....by this it somehow tries to limit the legislative and executive function of the government?

@Thinker  Yeah DPSP is non-Justiciable in nature...But Article 37 Saying that it *SHALL* be the duty of the state to apply these principles in making laws...So it tries to limit the arbitrary power of legislature in law making...As the name suggests DPSPs are Directives provided by the Constitution for the governance.... please clarify this...
