SFG Batch-2,Test-2,Q.No.40(18th feb.)

Sir,

plz
reconsider the answer key of Q.40 of Test-2. The ans.key given by you is Option-C

But I think Ans.key should be Option-B.

Justification-
Indian Council Act 1909 did not provide separate representation to "Zamindars".It gave separate representation to"Muslims".So The statement-1 of the question is wrong.

@7shaila Other than Spectrum and Bipin Chandra, you can follow " Plassey to Partition" by Shekhar Bandopadhyay(Optional) or Mc graw hill's Modern Hist.book.But my suggestion would be stick to NCERT,Spectrum and Bipin chandra.Actual UPSC questions can be solved from these 3 sources.
No body knows from where they are picking questions for SFG test.So for this reading 4-5 books is not fruitful, rather we should use these test's questions as Learning points.

@Simranmanocha Why don't you read Forum's Factly ,which is prelims specific, then just go through the 'Content' page of Vision magazine,if any topic not covered in Factly and available in Vision's magazine, just read that few extra topics. In that way you can make one magazine as your primary source and the 2nd one as just value addition.
N.B- Don't read 2 magazines fully from 1st to last. Just complete one magazine completely & other one as 2ndary.Otherwise you will be confused as reading the same topic from two different sources.
Or you can stick to any single magazine as well, that u are following.
Current Affairs is a very dynamic and vast topic. You will find some extra topics in every magazine,be it - Vision /Insights/ Forum.
So it depends on your strategy ,how you want to prepare for current affairs.
